Wooden pallets in custom stringer, block and hybrid designs are our speciality. We also custom manufacture cradles, frames, skids, platforms and more. Standard size wood pallets are considered for large quantity volumes or as part of our total packaging management and return programs.

Our pallet experts analyze your application and ask questions. How much weight must the pallet hold? Is moisture content a concern? Hardwood for strength or kiln-dried softwood for export? Can the timber be grained or will only closed cell do? Will the wooden pallet need to be food-grade? And, if exporting, what heat-treatment does the receiving country require?

We also need to consider the handling environment. Can your wood pallet be 2-way entry or is 4-way entry required? Forklift or pallet jack? Is a racking system used? Are the racks unsupported? What about requirements for the receiving customer?

Transport costs offer the biggest opportunity for savings. Are you using the pallet in-house or shipping out? If the pallet is leaving your facility, does it need to come back? Even the smallest custom design change in wooden pallets can make a big improvement in LTL and storage costs.
